• Custom wigs may require an additional 5-7 business days for production

 

International Shipping:

• We ship worldwide using Express and Standard international shipping services

• Express shipping: 3-7 business days delivery (USA/Europe)

• Standard shipping: 7-15 business days delivery (USA/Europe)

• Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local delivery conditions

 

Shipping Costs & Customs:

• Shipping costs are calculated based on destination country and package weight

• Packages valued under $800 are typically exempt from US import duties

• Customers may be responsible for sales tax or VAT in the destination country

• We are not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by customs

 

Order Tracking:

• Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments

• Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships

• Customers can also view order status by logging into their account

 

Non-Delivery & Damage:

• If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours

• If products arrive damaged during shipping, please provide photo evidence for return/replacement processing
